Avocado:

Instructions
1. Remove the seed from each avocado.
2. Wash the seeds carefully.
3. Cut each seed in half and place them on a baking sheet.
4. Bake for 2 to 3 hours at 180ºC/350ºF (You'll know it's ready when the outer shell comes off).
5. Let cool at room temperature for a couple of hours.
6. Take the seed pieces to the food processor and grind them into a powder.
7. Keep refrigerated, in a container with a lid.
