Ingredients

Butter:
Erythritol:
Oat flour:
Organic eggs:

1.5 oz / 40 gr.
1 oz / 30 gr.
2 oz / 60 gr.
1 unit

Instructions

1. Beat the butter (room temperature preferred), erythritol (sugar substitute acceptable), oat flour, and egg yolk (white excluded) in a bowl.
2. Blend until a thin layer forms.
3. Spoon some of the dough onto a dish.
4. Put in the fryer and cook for 8 minutes at 180°C/350ºF.
