Chickpea and flax bread

Ingredients

Chickpeas:
Baking powder:
Cornstarch:
Flax flour:
Olive oil:

1 cup
1 teaspoon
1/2 cup
1/3 cup
2 tablespoons

Instructions

1. Let the chickpeas soak for 24 hours.
2. Drain them and put them in the blender; Add the rest of the ingredients, a cup of water and a little salt to taste, and blend until you get a homogeneous and creamy consistency.
3. Transfer the mixture to a mold (previously greased).
4. Bake at 350ºF for 1 hour.
5. Remove and let cool to room temperature.
