Potatoes:

Instructions
1. Finely chop the garlic and chives.
2. Heat a pan over medium heat, add a little olive oil and sauté the garlic and chives for 5 minutes.
3. Add the lemon juice, spices and salt to taste.
4. Slice the mushrooms and add them to the preparation, cover and cook for 10 minutes.
5. In a saucepan, cook the potatoes until they are completely soft.
6. Using a fork, mash the chickpeas and potatoes to form a puree.
7. Add the mushroom stew to the puree and mix until completely incorporated.
8. Form the burgers by hand and cook them one by one in a pan with a little olive oil, for 5 minutes.
9. When the burgers are golden brown on both sides, they will be ready.
