Chickpea and peanut balls

Ingredients

Cooked chickpeas:
Peanut butter:
Dehydrated dates:
Chocolate chips:
Cocoa powder:

7 oz / 200 gr.
2 tablespoons
4 units
1/2 cup
2 tablespoons

Instructions

1. Remove the pit from the dates (if any) and cook for 3 minutes to soften them.
2. Transfer the dates to a bowl, add the peanut butter and chickpeas.
3. Blend very well until completely integrated.
4. Add the chocolate chips and mix with a spoon.
5. Form small balls and place them on a tray.
6. Refrigerate for at least two hours.
7. Remove and coat the balls with cocoa powder.
