Ingredients

Organic eggs:
Sweet potatoes:
Cocoa powder:
Peanut butter powder:
Baking powder:

2 units
7 oz / 200 gr.
1 tablespoon
2.5 oz / 70 gr.
1 teaspoon

Instructions

1. Wash, peel and cook the sweet potato. It'll be ready when it's soft.
2. In a bowl, put all the ingredients.
3. Crushes well.
4. Transfer the mixture to a doughnut mold.
5. Microwave for 2 1/2 minutes.
6. Heat chocolate until melted and add over donuts (optional).
