Butter:
Oat flour:
Oatmeal:
Rice flour:
Egg whites:
Dairy yogurt:

10 gr.
1 oz / 30 gr.
20 gr.
20 gr.
20 ml
10 ml

Instructions

1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and stir until a dough forms.
2. Roll out the dough and use a cutting mold, or separate into buns and shape the cookies.
3. Put in an ovenproof dish and bake at 180°C/350ºF for 8 to 10 minutes, or until it becomes firm.
