Instructions
1. Crush the soy milk, lemon juice, olive oil, clove of garlic, teaspoon of miso, and salt to taste in a bowl. Set it aside.
2. Mash the beans, pickles, and red pepper flakes in a separate bowl.
3. Drizzle some olive oil in a frying pan and brown the bread slices.
4.Once they turn golden brown, take them out and continue with the sandwich assembly.
5. Place one slice of bread, then some of the garlic sauce from earlier, the filling, some more sauce, and then the other slice of bread.
