Mushrooms:
Whole wheat flour:

Baking powder:
Garlic powder:
Kala namak:
Fish-flavored seasoning:
1/2 cup

1 teaspoon
1 tablespoon
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix the whole wheat flour, cornstarch, baking powder, garlic powder, kala namak, fish-flavored seasoning, and a little water.
2. Stir well, until you get a thick beaten egg consistency.
3. Add as much water as needed.
4. Cut the mushrooms into strips.
5. Place the mushroom strips in the batter.
6. Fry them in plenty of oil.
7. Drizzle with a squeeze of lemon after frying.
