Ingredients

Dairy yogurt:

3.5 fl oz / 100 ml

Instructions

1. Combine the yogurt and a small amount of salt in a bowl.
2. Transfer the yogurt onto a sifting cloth, allowing the whey to collect into a separate bowl.
3. Keep it chilled for a full day.
