Instructions
1. Blend the cut orange, oil, yogurt, eggs, a few drops of vanilla essence, and your preferred sweetener with a mini blender.
2. Transfer the mixture to a container, then add the flour and baking powder.
3. Then, pour the mixture into a previously greased mold and bake at 180°C/350ºF for 30 minutes.
4. Allow it to rest at room temperature.
