Ingredients
Peanuts
1 kilogram
Instructions
1. On a baking sheet, toast the peanuts for 10 to 15 minutes at 180°C.
2. Transfer them to a bowl and let cool.
3. Separate a cup of peanuts and grind them to a little ground without them being completely crushed but in small pieces. Set it aside.
4. Transfer the rest of the peanuts to the bowl and blend at maximum power for 6 minutes, until you get a very creamy texture.
5. Transfer it to a bowl and add the chopped peanuts.
6. Stir until completely integrated.
