Potatoes:
Carrot:
Olive oil:
Garlic powder:
Onion powder:
Turmeric powder:
Nutritional yeast:

Instructions

1. Wash and peel the potatoes and carrots.
2. Cut into squares and bring to a boil in water. Half of the cooking water should be saved.
3. Once they become soft, mash them along with the remaining ingredients until they form a creamy texture.
4. Keep it chilled, in a covered container.
