Ingredients
Potatoes:
Almond flour:
Vegan milk:
Rice flour:
Cornstarch:
Nutmeg:
Vegan cheese:

Instructions
1. Cook the potato, in boiling water, until soft.
2. Transfer the potato to a bowl, and puree.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients, except the starch, and mix well until completely integrated.
4. Add 1/2 cup of starch and mix again. Add salt and pepper to taste.
5. Form long cylinders and cut them into 2-centimeter pieces.
6. In the saucepan, bring plenty of water to a boil.
7. When it's at the boiling point, add the gnocchi and cook them until they float.
8. In the frying pan, over medium heat, put a little olive oil and add the gnocchi.
9. Add the cheese, and stir for a few minutes until it is integrated with the pasta.
