Rice and tofu snacks

Ingredients

Oatmeal:
Garlic powder:
Psyllium:
Flax flour:
Onion:
Carrot:
Tofu:
Rice:
Soy sauce:

Instructions

1. Cook the rice; for traditional rice, use 2 cups of water per cup of rice, while for brown rice, use 3 cups.
2. In a container, combine the oats, ground garlic, psyllium, salt to taste, flax flour, and spices of your choice.
3. Add the onion (cubed) and carrot (cut into pieces) and process.
4. Add the tofu in pieces and process again until all of the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
5. Finally, add the rice to the previous mixture and process until it has a dense and kneadable consistency.
6. Form the bites with wet hands, using small handfuls of dough.
7. Place the snacks on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper. Drizzle olive oil over the bites and add paprika or other spices as desired.
8. Bake for 10 minutes at 195°C.
9. Allow it to rest at room temperature.
