Ingredients

Oat flour:
Protein powder:
Cocoa powder:
Orange:
Soy yogurt:

1 oz / 20 gr.
1/2 oz / 10 gr.
1/2 oz / 10 gr.
1 unit
2 fl oz / 50 ml

Instructions

1. In a bowl, mix the yogurt and orange zest.
2. Add the flour and vegetable protein to the mixture. You can add the sweetener of your preference.
3. Pour everything into a microwave-safe container (greased with butter).
4. Put it in the microwave for 1 minute.
5. Let it rest at room temperature.
