Ingredients
Tofu:
Rice flour:
Vegan milk:
Carrot:
Nutritional yeast:
Garlic powder:
Baking powder:
Vegan cheese:
7 oz / 200 gr.
2 oz / 50 gr.
5 fl oz / 150 ml
2 oz / 50 gr.
1 tablespoon
1/2 teaspoon
1/2 teaspoon
1/2 oz / 15 gr.
Instructions
1. Cook the carrot in plenty of water until soft.
2. Remove it and transfer it to a container.
3. Add the remaining ingredients and blend.
4. In a frying pan over medium heat, add a little olive oil.
5. Pour in the mixture and let it cook for a couple of minutes.
6. Add vegan cheese in the center of the preparation.
7. Close the tortilla with the help of a spatula.
8. Cook for another minute until it starts to brown.
