Vegan prawns

Ingredients

Potatoes:
Garlic:
Gambas vegetables:
Oregano:
Soy yogurt:
Curry powder:
Fresh mint:

2 units
1 clove
1 cup
1 teaspoon
1 tablespoon
1 teaspoon
2 leaves

Instructions

1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes.
2. Steam them until soft.
3. When they're ready, transfer them to a plate.
4. Brown the garlic in a frying pan.
5. Add the chopped prawns to the pan and mix well.
6. In a bowl, mix the yogurt, curry and mint.
7. Mix the potatoes with the prawns and garlic.
8. Serve with yogurt dressing.
