Nori seaweed:
Rice for sushi:

Instructions
1. After washing, cook the rice. You will need one tablespoon of sugar, a little salt, and a cup and a quarter of water (if you have one, use 1/4 cup of water instead of rice vinegar).
2. Once the rice is cooked, transfer it to a bowl and garnish with pickle slices, diced avocado, diced tomato, and capers.
3. Carefully integrate everything.
4. If you don't have a sushi mat, help yourself with some baking paper and spread the nori seaweed on it.
5. Carefully roll the nori seaweed after adding some of the filling.
6. Slices of the sushi roll, each measuring 2 cm (approximately).
7. Add soy sauce as a garnish and serve.
